Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of prppmh-7k.myshopify.com and any order placed through it. Genesis Franco operates the store from the United States.

The sections below are ordered alphabetically. Use the section list to jump directly to what you need.

A — Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. Continued use after any update means you accept the update.

A — Account Security

A — Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or acting with a parent or guardian's permission, and legally able to enter a binding contract under U.S. law.

A — Amendments

We may amend these Terms as our business or the law changes. Amendments take effect the moment they're posted. The "Last updated" date at the bottom identifies the current version.

C — Cancellations by Us

Before we send the order confirmation email, we may decline an order for reasons including:

  • The item just sold out
  • A price or description was in error
  • The order shows signs of fraud
  • The order breaches these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

C — Content Ownership

All content on the site — text, photography, illustrations, graphic design, video, code, layout, and the "Genesis Franco" name — is our property or licensed to us. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

You may: browse the site, share links, save pages for personal reference. You may not (without written consent): reproduce content commercially, use our brand assets in your own business, scrape or mirror the site, or modify and redistribute any part of it.

D — Definitions

  • "We," "us," "our" — Genesis Franco, a business based in the United States.
  • "You," "your" — any visitor or customer.
  • "Site" — prppmh-7k.myshopify.com and everything offered through it.
  • "Order" — a completed purchase.

D — Descriptions of Products

We describe every product with reasonable accuracy. Small variations in color, texture, or measurement — from screens or natural materials — are normal and not defects.

F — Fair Use of the Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • Compromise its security or the security of its users
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or spam
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation without permission
  • Impersonate anyone

Breach of any of the above may end your access.

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and by the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

L — Liability

Direct claims: capped at what you paid for the product at issue. Indirect losses: not our responsibility. This includes lost profits, lost data, lost time, and hypothetical damages.

O — Order Formation

A submitted order is your offer to buy. We accept the offer by sending the order confirmation email. Until we send that email, no contract exists. See "Cancellations by Us" above for the reasons we may decline an offer.

P — Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered. By submitting payment details, you confirm you're authorized to use them.

P — Prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to that specific order. Obvious pricing errors (typos, misplaced decimals) may be cancelled rather than fulfilled at the wrong price — full refund is issued.

R — Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which applies to every order.

S — Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which applies to every order.

T — Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site for any user who breaches these Terms.

W — Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement) beyond your statutory consumer rights.
